Project Goals

Enhancing Women's Economic Participation: By empowering women to enter the workforce through food manufacturing.

Improving Food Security: By producing healthy and nutritious local food products.

Skill Development: By enabling trainees to gain the necessary skills and experience in producing pumpkin jam.

In this project, the trainees underwent an intensive training program covering all aspects of the pumpkin jam production process, from selecting raw materials to packaging. By the end of this phase, the trainees acquired the skills and experience needed to enter the workforce and effectively contribute to improving food security in their communities
