This project aims to enhance women's economic participation in food security through food processing.

Project Goals

Enhance women's economic participation: By enabling women to enter the labor market through food processing.

Improve food security: By producing local, healthy, and nutritious food products.

Develop skills: By enabling trainees to gain the necessary skills and experience in olive preparation and production.

In this project, the trainees underwent an intensive training program covering all aspects of the olive preparation and production process, from selecting raw materials to packaging. By the end of this phase, the trainees gained the skills and experience necessary to enter the labor market and effectively contribute to improving the level of food security in their communities.
