Project for Women's Economic Participation in Food Security through Food Processing
With generous support from the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI), Hope Seeds Foundation successfully completed the training and production phase of the tomato paste preparation and production project. This project aims to enhance women's economic participation in food security through food processing.

Project Goals
- Enhance women's economic participation: By enabling women to enter the labor market through food processing.

- Develop skills: By enabling trainees to gain the necessary skills and experience in tomato paste production.
In this project, the trainees underwent an intensive training program covering all aspects of the tomato paste production process, from selecting raw materials to packaging. By the end of this phase, the trainees gained the skills and experience necessary to enter the labor market and effectively contribute to improving the level of food security in their communities.
