He is a leader in humanitarian and voluntary work. He has contributed to many community and voluntary works, starting with social activism and the activities of the Syrian community in Egypt and then Turkey.
At the beginning of 2015, he co-founded and managed the Seeds of Hope Humanitarian Foundation.
He also made contributions in the field of civil and humanitarian work by participating in most of the activities of the Syrian civil society in Turkey.
In addition to being one of the symbols of the city of Douma, the transformation efforts led by Muhammad Sobhi Mahdhar as the General Director of the Seeds of Hope Foundation led to a diversification of humanitarian intervention fields by increasing the number of development projects implemented in northern Syria.
Thanks to his management, Seeds of Hope was able to employ humanitarian projects to build displaced and host communities and improve the quality of services provided to them. The Foundation was also keen to deliver humanitarian aid to the deserving and afflicted.
